We offer a full 'Money Back' Guarantee to all customers, and if you feel that your item is not as described we will refund your purchase amount. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition as when it was despatched.
How to Order
Orders are currently accepted by email; we will reply promptly with your total, including packaging and shipping. Customers can then choose to pay according to the methods detailed below.
Payment
All payments should be made in British pounds. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted through PayPal.
Cheques are accepted from UK customers and merchandise will be shipped promptly upon clearance of cheque. Overseas customers can also choose to pay by international money order.
Upon request, we can provide prices in Euros or American dollars for customers. However, all cards will be charged at the equivalent sterling rate.
Packaging and Shipping Rates
Since item size and weight varies widely, we have included the packaging and shipping rate for each individual item in the item description. If a customer orders multiple items shipped to the same address, we will pack the items together and reduce the total packaging and shipping charge according to the following formula:
2 items reduce total by 20%
3 items reduce total by 30%
4 items reduce total by 40%

Shipping Times and Methods
All items are securely and safely packed before shipment. Merchandise is usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Within the UK, we ship via First Class Small Package via the Royal Mail so customers should receive their packages 1-2 days after they are mailed. Outside of the UK, we ship via airmail or, upon customer request, via Federal Express.
Gift Orders
We are happy to accept Gift Orders and to ship to the address of your choice, sending the invoice separately to you in the post. We can also provide gift wrapping at a small additional cost. Contact us for further information.
